1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or entering into a supply contract with Hardly Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (FSSAI Lic. 10726002000106), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Corporate Supply & SLA Terms

All 20L commercial dispenser jar orders and corporate SLA commitments are governed by formal service level agreements executed between Hardly and the client organization. Replenishment timelines are subject to local logistics access hours.

3. Quality & FSSAI Compliance

All Hardly mineral water products meet FSSAI standards under Lic. No. 10726002000106. Products must be stored in cool, shaded conditions away from direct sunlight to preserve mineral integrity.

4. Intellectual Property

“Hardly”, “100% Pure Natural Mineral Hydration”, and associated bottle packaging logos are registered trademarks of Hardly Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
